Sometimes we want God to show us the entire plan before we are willing to move forward. We want to know where the road leads, how long it will take, whether we will succeed, and what obstacles might be waiting around the corner.
But faith doesn’t always come with a map.
Sometimes God simply asks us to trust Him enough to take the next step.
Maybe you are starting a business, learning something new, trying to make a change in your life, healing from a difficult season, or praying for an answer that hasn’t come yet. It can be frustrating when you are doing everything you know to do and still cannot see what is ahead.
But not seeing the whole path doesn’t mean God isn’t leading you.
Think about a tiny seed planted beneath the soil. For a while, nothing seems to be happening. You can’t see the roots growing or the life developing underneath the ground. Yet something beautiful is taking place where your eyes cannot see it.
Our lives can be the same way.
There are seasons when God is working beneath the surface—strengthening us, teaching us patience, opening doors, closing the wrong ones, and preparing things we don’t even know we will need.
So don’t measure your progress only by what you can see today.
Keep praying.
Keep creating.
Keep learning.
Keep loving people.
Keep believing.
And keep taking that next little step.
You don’t have to have everything figured out. You don’t have to be the fastest, the biggest, or the best. You simply have to be willing to keep moving in the direction God is leading you.
One small step today can become part of something much bigger tomorrow.
